Job Responsibility
Develops and recommends short and long-range objectives consistent with corporate guidelines and initiatives for assigned area.
Develops and recommends budgets for assigned area and conducts activities in accordance with corporately established plans and budgets.
Manages activities of assigned area toward accomplishment of established business unit objectives.
Reviews organization and staffing plans in assigned area to achieve established business unit objectives.
Manages staff development activities and implementation of reengineering activities in assigned area.
Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Performs other duties as directed.

Partners with internal and external customers and coordinates efforts to resolve complex problems that have broad and long-ranging implications

Working knowledge of concepts and principles in own technical/subject area and a general understanding of other functional areas within the division.
University degree (equivalent to a US Bachelor's degree) in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Generally five years of related experience.
• Be Familiar with the Principle and Construction of at least one of the following products:
o Office automation equipment, power supply, telecommunication equipment etc.
o Wire & Cable, Industrial Control Equipment.
o Household appliance such as air-conditioner, refrigerator, water cooler, heating appliance, and cooking appliance.
Additional Skills/Requirements
Solid experience gained from testing laboratory products and in-depth knowledge of the industry and trend.
Familiar with international testing standards.
Chinese reading, fluency in both English and Mandarin are preferred.
Mature and independent.

一楼：待遇是会在一个合理范围内的，而且这家公司是一家做美标十分出名的公司，不过恕我不能透露公司的名字，如果是有兴趣的朋友可以详谈。
二楼：您怎么就知道美资认证公司在广州不招人？难道您是此家公司的HR？^_^
其实这家公司在未来两年内都是会大量招人的，是一家具有很强发展潜力的公司，所以请大家多多关注！

改行去做猎头不知道行不行 路过，要求其实不算高 看样子应该是UL。 同意楼上观点 各位大侠！既然觉得要求不高有没有哪位觉得自己可以去FILL这个职位的呢？？？急聘啊！！！ 还没与猎头打过交道，事成之后是不是要给猎头交钱啊？
