G.6.1c) The winding wire shall comply with AnnexJ. The minimum number of overlapping layers of spirallywrapped tape or extruded layers of insulation shall be as follow:- for basic insulation: one layer;- for supplementary insulation: twolayers;- for reinforce insulation: threelayers.这里的重叠层是指什么？比如加强绝缘，tape本身需要3层，然后在封闭处（结合处）再需要3层重叠（即6层）吗？IEC 60950-1:2005/A22013里有这样的话：For insulation between two adjacentwinding wires, one layer on each conductor is considered to provide supplementaryinsulation.Spirally wrapped tape wound withless than 50% overlap is considered to constitute one layer.Spirally wrapped tape wound withmore than 50% overlap is considered to constitute two layers.
