泄露电流

在进行测试前，先把保护性阻抗和无线电干扰抑制器断开。什么是保护性阻抗什么又是无线电干扰抑制器

protective impedance
impedance connected between live parts and accessible conductive parts of class II
constructions so that the current, in normal use and under likely fault conditions in the
appliance, is limited to a safe value。
无线电干扰抑制器:比如厂家的EMI模块的滤波器等~
