不能是手持式器具
pcb板上必须有两个单独的焊接接地点和接地线
满足接地电阻小于0.1欧 按照2楼的方式判定即可。
我看你的图纸，PCB左右2边都有单独的接地连接，假如不是手持式器具，接地电阻也满足要求的话，么问题~
