请教UL1278暖风机 翻到测试时间问题
本帖最后由 xiaoning 于 2015-9-10 11:07 编辑问题 1：UL1278 第42.4Tip-over test没有说明翻到后要测试多长时间，怎么处理？谢谢。问题2：42.7.7 毛巾布缠绕测试，如果暖风机的进风口和出风口相反方向，毛巾布是否需要将进风口和出风口都覆盖住？按照标准原文：42.7.7Withrespect to 42.7.5, at least the following test conditions are to be includedwith the terry cloth band draped over theheater. See 42.7.2.a)The band placedto cover the center of the width of the heater and extended to cover the top ofthe heater and the corresponding part of the opposite side. 该条款的意思是：毛巾布覆盖住中心宽度，盖住器具顶部和对边。请问这里的对边是指一面，还是说前面和后面都是对边？谢谢
跌倒测试应该是41.4吧？还是我弄错了

感谢回复。查阅UL12782014版，发现毛巾布覆盖测试（Terry cloth drape test |）也没有明确写明要测试多长时间，如果毛巾布覆盖后，短时间内，比如几分钟之内温控器动作，只有零点几瓦的功率，如果是自复位温控器，此时是否需要继续测试下去，直到7小时？如果是手动复位的温控器，此时是否需要继续进行下去？谢谢
42.4Tip-over test
42.4.1A movable heater shall be subjected to this test. The heater is to be operated until constant temperatures are attained. It shall be then overturned onto a softwood surface covered with a single layer of terry cloth and shall be operated under the most severe conditions that would result when it comes to rest, without further guiding or propping, after having been pushed over.
42.4.2All orientations are to be tested. However, if a given orientation or position of the heater presents less likelihood of a risk of fire than when the heater is evaluated in accordance with other requirements in the standard, the orientation or position need not be reevaluated under 42.4.1.
42.4.3For a heater which contains a confined heat transfer fluid, and is intended to be shipped with the
legs or base detached, the test is to be conducted with the legs or base installed as well as detached.
42.4.4If a heater incorporates a tipover switch of other than the type indicated in40.2.3, it shall be evaluated according to 33.18 for each orientation or position of the heater in which the switch is relied upon to prevent a risk of fire.

自动复位的要继续测试；

谢谢，请问异常环境测试条件1要求在密闭空间内逐渐升高环境温度，直到温控器动作，不知通行的做法是不是放在烤箱内？如果放在烤箱里，由于电暖器本身要运行，会吹出热风，使得烤箱内的环境温度很难稳定在设定值，举例设定25度，但实际上烤箱无法达到25度，因为电暖器还在吹热风 本帖最后由 马蹄 于 2015-9-14 16:56 编辑

我自己弄的产品好像没做过这个测试，通过厚绒布测试应该不用做这个吧？有点不清楚这个测试的环境和条件，烤箱肯定不行，太小了，估计用大容量的恒温恒湿箱可以，通过外控制很容易控制空间温度。
增补：楼下有知道的，请补充完整。
