有关IEC 60335-1:2010+A1:2013 某些条款不理解，求助61/4639/FDIS 。Table 17 – Minimum creepage distances for basic insulation
Replace Note 1 by the following:
Lacquered conductors of windings are considered to be bare conductors but creepage distances for basic
insulation in other than a double insulation construction need not be greater than the associated clearance
specified in Table 16 taking into account 29.1.1.
上述条款中A1 新增加了 “other than a double insulation construction ”。如果一个马达用在II 类器具中，但马达是I类结构，有的认证机构（据说是 S机构)要求马达的 creepage distances for basic insulation适用 “other than a double insulation construction'的规则。想听听各位的意见。并求资料FDIS
