Mechanical Means of Polarity Test 里提到要将一个bus bar 的一端连接到一个欧姆表上，1：请问可以用万用表代替吗？万用表有2个表笔，bus bar 的一端连接到一个表笔上么？为什么要将bus bar 的一端连接到一个欧姆表上？2：69.2的意思是说这个测试还要通电测试吗？
69.2One end ofeach bus bar is to be connected to a lead on an ohmmeter; theresulting circuit is to be an open circuit that would be completed ifelectrical contact were to be made during the test.
