UL1647外置电源及外壳的要求
请教下各位，以前没接触过UL1647的认证，现在有一款DC电动按摩器具（内置电池），外置充电器（适配器），做UL+CUL有两个疑问请教下：
充电器没有UL1310的认证，查UL号是信息类设备的UL认证，铭牌没有标LPS 且只有UL，无CUL，这个电源能不能用？？为什么？
第二个是 电动按摩器具的外壳 防火等级拿不准，想问下有啥规定和要注意的地方没？？HB等级的是否可以了
还请有经验的大大帮忙确认下，怕搞错了，谢了！！！
部件无cUL,成品要cUL，我的理解是不可以 电源看了报告已经确定是可以的，有LPS 且是UL+CUL认证的，现在的问题是 电动按摩器具外壳是HB的，但产品是连续性工作的，不想换材料，可否有豁免？？？熟悉的大哥能否给点参考，标准原文如下:
UL1647 7.2.1:
b) Class HB minimum for a portable, attended, intermittent duty, household appliance; or
Exception No. 1: Class V-2 minimum for a polymeric material used to enclose heating elements,
including heating wire.
Exception No. 2: In lieu of the required HB flame rating for portable attended, intermittent duty,
household appliances, the polymeric enclosure may be subjected to the 12 mm or 20 mm
End-Product Flame Test in accordance with UL 746C.
c) Class V-2 minimum for an appliance other than mentioned in (a) and (b).
Exception: In lieu of the required minimum V2 flame rating for appliances other than as specified
in (a) and (b), the polymeric enclosure may be subjected to the 12 mm or 20 mm End-Product
Flame Test in accordance with UL 746C.
