关于E14灯头结构检查点IEC EN 60238 clause 12.1

是否要求5mm的薄铁片不可以触碰到量规的金属部分，还是要求不可以伸入缝隙中？
以下是要求，如何理解？
In case of doubt whether the gauge is fully screwed home, a feeler gauge with an approximate thick ness of 0.08mm and width of 5 mm shall be used to check that clearance exists between the gauge and the top of the lampholder.
