关于PTC加热元件的测试

现有一产品是采用PTC元件加热的，在测试的时候其功率是一直在跳变减少的，那我想请教一下各位大侠，我在测试输入和温升的时候应该怎么样测试和记录数据呢？！请各位帮忙解答一下，谢谢！
