UL 859 Cl5.6有明确要求，
A GFCI, IDCI, or other protective device shall be integral with the attachment plug of the
hand-supported hair-drying appliance power supply cord.
并且在cl33里有相关的针对IDCI的测试要求,其中有浸水测试。
