如下对于几个cut-out的定义：
小弟想问一下，thermal cut-out和non-self-resetting thermal cut-out区别到底在哪里？thermal cut-out是不是在非正常的时候动作了就不能在恢复了呢？如果是的话，那和thermal link又有何区别呢？感觉是一样的功能么。
望各位大哥前辈来指教一下小弟了，谢谢

thermal cut-out
device which during abnormal operation limits the temperature of the controlled part by
automatically opening the circuit, or by reducing the current, and is constructed so that its
setting cannot be altered by the user
3.7.4
self-resetting thermal cut-out
thermal cut-out that automatically restores the current after the relevant part of the appliance
has cooled down sufficiently
3.7.5
non-self-resetting thermal cut-out
thermal cut-out that requires a manual operation for resetting, or replacement of a part, in
order to restore the current
NOTE Manual operation includes disconnection of the appliance from the supply mains.

热断路器，都是在非正常时动作，分自复位和非自复位，热熔体，只能一次性工作，事后要求部分或全部更换的热断路器，也是在非正常时动作的，至于自复位和非自复位是功能所需，原理你自己去研究。
